We send your orders directly to the warehouse on the day we receive them, where they are shipped immediately. please allow 5-10 working days for items to reach you. please note: we do not currently ship outside the us.
Please contact us for returns. If your item is damaged, we will work with you to replace the broken portion of the item or the entire item.
If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us. If nothing is wrong with the item, you may be able to return your item form credit. Typically, company shipping and handling fees are not returned to the customer.
